Toyota Caldina GT-T (ST215)
Built from 1997 to 2002, the ST215 Caldina GT-T was potent competitor in the sports wagon market of the time. With the 191kW (260hp) 3S-GTE 2,000cc turbo engine as found in the Toyota MR-2 and Toyota Celica GT-FOUR, the Caldina GT=T put power to all 4 wheels via a 5 speed manual or tiptronic auto transmission with steering wheel shift buttons.
Standard and optional features included ABS brakes, dual airbags, trip and fuel economy computer, climate control, stability control, traction control, brake assist and in dash CD stacker. The GT-T turbo version is easily identified by the aggressive bonnet scoop feeding air to the intercooler.
In 2000 there was a facelift version with different interior trim options, different bumpers, headlights and tail lights.
