I received my Skyline last week from Richard at D2D and i would just like to thank you so very much for making this import possible. Through out the entire import process from start to finish you have provided an outstanding service. I have fully checked over the car and i could not be more happy with it. The car runs very smoothly and is certainly not lacking any power. The body work is in very good condition and the paint is also very good. There are a few small areas where a brush has been used to fix up the paint work, but again this is minor and it was very well done. The interior is immaculate. I found a logbook in the glove box which has service history at 2,500km increments up to 18,000 which I was not expecting - pretty awesome. The car came with an original key and the key code which i found very useful. Richard did a good job with the compliance side of things as well as sorting out the rust in the boot well for me which I am very happy about. I would most certainly recommend your company to anyone wishing to import a vehicle and i shall pass on the good word.

Toyota Alphard hybrid and Vellfire hybrid (ATH20 series)

A hybrid variant of the Alphard and Vellfire (effectively the same car but with a different grille, front bumper and headlights) was released in 2011. Unlike the non hybrid versions the hybrid can be impored as a regular vehicle and does not have to have welcab wheelchair accessibility features, though there are also welcab hybrid versions for those who want them.

The hybrid version has a 2.4L 110kW engine, which combined with the electric motor powering the rear wheels combines to a peak equivalent power figure of 265kW... very respectable indeed for a passenger van! The hybrid of course also is responsible for superior fuel economy figures, achieving an impressive 6.2L / 100km for a vehicle of this size. There is also an EV (Electric Vehicle mode) that forces the car to use battery power only and not the petrol engine.

The Alphard and Vellfire hybrid are available with a variety of very high end luxury features including highly adjustable power rear seat options and layouts. The most basic spec version is an 8 seater, while higher spec models can be a 7 seater with manual adjusting rear chairs, powered rear chairs, higher spec powered, heated and cooled rear chairs and even a rarer 4 seat luxury lounge version.
